Policies
Reservations are accepted with a credit card only
- Check-in 3 PM until 10 PM Check-out 11 AM
- Credit cards will be charged upon check-in.
- Late arrivals will be billed at 3 PM. (with card on file) Must make prior arrangements for late arrival.
- Damages and misplaced items will be charged at replacement cost.
- Missed reservations will be billed at $50. (48-Hr Cancellation Policy)
- Holidays Require a Two Night Minimum and are non-refundable. No Discounts.
- 2 Persons per Room. Additional guests accepted with prior approval Only. Each Additional Guest $100.
- Casa Bella is a Smoke-free environment.
- No Pets without prior approval. $50 per pet fee applies.
- A $250 "Hold The Date" Deposit is due for rental of all four guestrooms by a single party. (applied to balance at check-out)
- Children over 12 happily accepted.

Each room is equipped with color TV's featuring local programming, national networks and movie channels. Catch up on the latest scores, enjoy a movie or relax with the latest bestseller on comfortable en-suite seating.
Within easy reach of all four guestrooms is access to bottled water, a Keurig coffee and tea maker and an ironing station for last minute touch-ups.
En-suite bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels and robes, honey-scented shampoo and chamomile face soap, hairdryers and complimentary make-up remover pads.
Casa Bella offers dual air-conditioning up and down, spacious common areas and a memorable front porch with comfortable outdoor seating and rockers and a refreshing saline pool and off-street parking!
